To receive the AAA Four-Diamond rating, an official AAA inspector must visit the property and carry out an interview with the general manager of the establishment. Following the interview, the inspector conducts a physical evaluation of the property which covers the following eight areas: exterior and grounds, public areas, room décor and ambiance, guest room amenities, bathrooms, housekeeping, management, and guest services.
The award places Nisbet Plantation in an exclusive one percent of over 60,000 properties who have earned the prestigious Four Diamond distinction.
